Mrs Polk out a 45,620 dollar loan on a house appraised at 31,230 - she is the poster child for this mess alright. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAD BEEN ALLOWED. But the gimicrats said to the banks go forth and do or else be sued...and they did. And now I have lost 1/3 of what I have saved over 30 years...I hope you d@mn well enjoy the house I bought for you Mrs polk.
By the way I too am a widow...I just sold my house and moved to a much smaller one that I could better afford to try and conserve expenses. What a smuck I should have just mortgaged it to the hilt, not paid and then cried boo-hoo woe is me...I could own that home debt-free right now - instead I will be paying my mortgage payments for the next 15-20 years.
