CROMER: The immigration elephant

None of the candidates, including Congress have a solution that the American people want, so therefore they do not want to address the issue. The author is right, it is integrated into almost every political issue that concerns the American people and like the high risk loans of the subprime debacle, it will eventually surface, knock the system into chaos and force the politicians into damage control and the wrong solutions. Changes need to be made but our government doesn't have the slightest idea of what. The social intellect has mired the Constitution to a point of conflict and confusion.
