A guv you can love. I agree that Biden will have his work cut out for him. And it's funny how the MSM keeps saying the Republicans won't discuss real issues, but at the same time energy, a top issue, is being addressed by her actions and policy goals. Yes, we have lots of gas up there, and if we build a pipeline it would help us all to get a grip on the economy. Seems like a no-brainer. This woman of action appears to have solved a major part of this country's energy puzzle, single-handedly, while someone else was busy writing his memoirs and voting 'present' when his judgement was required on some issue of state. Think of what she can do for McCain and the country when given the chance.

It looks like Sarah Palin has not just executive savvy but she also has political savvy. The trend in the vice presidency since Al Gore left has been to be more than just a ribbon cutter and I think she will hit the deck running.

m5 I hear that complaint too, that Republicans won't address issues. That's just the Democrat strategy - accuse their opponents of doing what THEY'RE doing. It's an old page out of their ideological mentors' book, the Soviets. No problem, we're on to it. Not one word about the war on terror from the Dems, at their convention, in their speeches - nothing. Nothing about their plans for tax increases. Very little about drilling for oil, and only grudgingly. Only diehard lefties would vote for the Rookie and the Reject.

Go Palin! I loved your speech so much I changed my ticket to McCain-Palin. I know the last few days alot of Democrats are doing the same.

I'm going to Washington to serve the people of this great country!" ~ Governor Sarah Palin Quote: Sarah, here's a little news flash. great article, it is so good to read something that is real about GOV. PALIN, and not just all the gossip that has been all over the mainstream media and press, they are only looking for anything to discredit her, to trash her, usweekley was dispictable. Fox News also had a special by Greta on her that was great. THANK GOD FOR WASHINGTON TIMES.
