Who cares whose name people chant; McCain will be the one they put in the White House in November.

Moribund GOP? So with 50% of the nation as dead or dying, we move along with the article. This is what the people are chanting for: "We're going to finally start getting things done for the people who are counting on us, and I won't care who gets the credit." - John McCain Regardless of who they are voting for, he will be in the White House and if Sarah Palin is next in line this will make the people happier.

I wanted Obama until he picked Biden. I didn't want McCain until he chose Palin. Obama betrayed us with high minded ideals of Hope and Change but in the end he is the same as all of them...www.buckfarack.org. Palin actually shows the courage and convictions that I wish Obama had.

Yeah, Sarah is the flavor of the week, and she deserves it, but it was McCain who made the choice. McCain is the boss. McCain has the foreign policy credentials. He's the mastermind. And while Palin is a brilliant choice to lead the party into the next generation, and her star is shining pretty bright right now, the Maverick shall sit behind the desk in the Oval Office, and no one deserves it more.

That's just another facet of the genius of John's choice. Palin's popularity forces Obmamtoids to go after her, someone who can't implement a single policy, rather than McCain himself. I love it, especially since Palin is so obviously capable of dealing with leftists, Obama, and Biden without breaking a sweat. And she can cook a mean moose burger for the kids in between! :>D I love it that lefties are calling Palin Caribou Barbie, thinking that it's an insult with sting. I like it myself, and this is one Barbie who knows how to run a State. Dean and Co. are panic-stricken, how DARE McCain introduce a REAL woman into the mix? Jeez, Hillary spent a decade trying to convince the nation that she's representative of a modern woman, and failed miserably. Michele Obama can only recently (now that her husband is a national celebrity) be proud of this country, unlike Sarah. Pelosi is a creature of the night, no women look at her with 'that could be me' thoughts. The leftist women of the media, NOW, and Steinem are horrified - 40 years of manning-up women (in their own image) blown away in less than a week. Palin says, and what woman couldn't agree, "THIS is what equality means, not that lesbian tripe you guys peddle, when you can take a break from ignoring the plight of Muslim women."

There is no doubt that people are seriously fired up for Palin, but Sen. and Cindy McCain brought the case on the last night of the convention and I'm about as fired up about Cindy McCain and John McCain as I am about Palin. For the first time, hearing about the kind of person Cindy McCain is, and I had completely misjudged her as a beauty queen trophy wife, it just really knocked me off my feet. Cindy is truly a remarkable and incredible human being. She, like John, is soft-spoken, but what a truly great role-model she is for all of us and what a wonderful First Lady she will be for our country. John's life story is very compelling, but it was his speech and listening closely to his stand on the issues, and his approach, and everything, it just really won me over. Palin, or no Palin, I will support the McCain's with tremendous enthusiasm after learning about them, but what a great addition to this team Palin is going to be.
