Here's the unbiased truth about Sarah Palin. http://explorations.chasrmartin.com/2008/09/06/palin-rumors/ http://www.floppingaces.net/2008/08/31/palins-bridge-to-nowhere-fiscally-responsible-or-politically-expedient/ mcleangirl, grow up and stop drinking the kool-aid.

mcleangirl: Did you even *read* the article you posted a link to? You're looking for a smoking gun? The only smoke I see is that coming from the top of your tinfoil hat. (1) Were any books banned? Nope. Was there any mention of any specific books? Nope (but you had to have actually read the article to know that) (2) In Wasilla, do librarians serve at the discretion of the mayor? Yes. That means they can be fired for any reason - or none - at all. So it's perfectly clear then: what it boils down to is that *you* WOULD NOT WANT objectionable books banned. Hey: what a way to protect the innocence of our children. Your Palin Derangement Syndrome is showing.

There's more to it than guns. Because Sarah Palin is not intimidated by them doesn't mean she is extreme about them. She believes in a constitutional interpretation of the 2nd Amendment. There are three main issues that neither McCain or Palin seem to be backing down from, the economy (hold taxes, reduce spending), energy (independence now not 10 years from now) and national security (fight for whats right, don't attempt to be global legalists). These will win the West.

Amazing how Democrats always say they know what the American People want. I got a news flash for the Democrats. The American people want McCain/Palin

If, as the Dems wish to claim, the effect on western "battleground" states will be negligible, why then the state of Washington already becoming an additional state to include in the pool?

Where is Obama on the issues. He ran to the far left in the primary, and now to the center-right in the general. Where does he stand? Is he muslin or christain? Does he know? I thought this issue was settled, but was it a slip of the tongue, or the heart. I know that social-gospel churches preach hatred, and that is reason enough to leave that church, but is he now a muslim or christain? If Obama cannot make a decision of faith for himself, how can he expect the voters support of being president, where decisions of great importance involve an entire nation. If he cannot dedide where his stand is on issues, then we as a nation should decide that he should not be president.

Perhaps we should publish a book with pictures of abortions and make sure it is available to the Wasilla library and other public libraries. That's right---you heard me---pictures of abortions. Can we make sure that goes on the shelf, mcleangirl? Or would you want that banned?

What has Sarah Palin said that has been relevant? Since day one, all she has done was criticize Obama while reading a teleprompter. She has not spoken about the state of the economy or the high gas prices. She's just a Republican puppet who is just reading one line and waiting for an applause and reading another line and waiting for an applause. Get real Messages from VP Sarah Palin: **Thanks for the 27 million for the bridge to nowhere that I wanted but then decided that I didn't want it- I kept keep the money ** I'm sorry that you are pregnant as a result of being rape, but abortions are now illegal- so sorry, thanks for voting for me. ** God has decided that we should invade Iran and declare war on Russia- Thanks for your vote **I will not hesitate to get any cabinet member fired if he/she disrespects me - thanks for voting for me. SCARY, SCARY

Obama is the last thing we need in the presidency or anywhere in government for that matter. He's a proven lying sleezebag and his wife is a flake. Don't 20 years of afiliation with a hate mongering preacher and long term friendship with a domestic terrorist couple say enough about his philosophical orientation and his character? Would he even be in public life were it not for the disfunctional urban Negro culture that is his primary power base? I see in his past affiliations, statements and voting record (what there is of it) much reason to fear that an Obama adminstration's agenda for America would entail a shift of governing philosophy toward the radical left, enabled by the agenda driven judiciary that he will most certainly push through a Democrat congress. Accepting comprimise of our constitutional rights, beginning but not ending with 1st and 2nd ammendments,(fairness doctrine and "gun safety" legislation, respectively) will become the new patriotism. His brand of "HOPE" when subjected to scrutiny is a socialistic formula for a malignant intrusion of government into the way most white middle class Americans are accustomed to negociating their lives. Dr. King's dream could well morph into a bloody nightmare as his duped supporters, particularly working whites, currently intoxicated by his flamboyant immatation of substance awaken to real life in Obamaworld. McCain is no prize, but Obamamamma will take us where we don't want to go.
