House GOP wants Rangel off tax panel

Rangle is only doing what the Democrats claim is immoral by using an off-shore tax haven to shield his income from the confiscatory tax rates we impose here in the US. Democrats may rail against companies and mutual funds that do this but it is legal. And unless Boehner said more than this article quotes, Lanny is once again over the top calling the comment "hyper-partisan". Lanny morphed into the boy who cried wolf years ago so no surprise there. I give Rangle the benefit of the doubt for now so about all this illustrates is that the tax code is way too complicated. Even the guy in charge of writing the code apparently does not understand it so he hires an accountant to do his taxes - and even the accountant can't figure out the code! I do wonder if Rangle is another "VIP" Democrat that gets special loans that none of us normal folks stand a chance at getting. Now we have Rangle getting zero percent. Kurt Conrad and Chris Dodd get special low rates because they are Senators in charge of overseeing the same companies that gave them the special rates. And we have Obama getting a $300,000 break on his home thanks to Tony "Jail-cell-7" Rezko. Democrats are truely ingrained in the culture of corruption. The list just keeps growing and growing. William Jefferson is not so lonely now.
