LIEBERMAN: Another reason to drill

The wicked witch of the west from sanctuary city (Pelosi) is totally irresponsible. Her long refusal to hold a vote on domestic drilling for more oil that would provide relief to all Americans falls is absolutely despicable. It is insane to have resources and not use them but pay high prices to someone else for them. Environmental fruitcakes have managed to put this nation in a beggar class of world nations. When they say it will take 10 years to go online they don't tell that over half of the time is to fight them in court. They are responsible for the court case suits that are delaying many miles of border fence due to their concerns for animals rather than humans in this country. When will people wake up to what is being done with their contributions they send to these groups? They are being duped while they pay the price for the unintended consequences. Let's find a way to make alternative fuels out of the do-gooders.

Why isn't anyone in Congress mentioning the national security risk associated with dependence on foreign oil? Are we so sure we can keep the straits of Hormuz open? How about a contingency plan when Chavez decides to sell all his oil to China? Reid and Pelosi ignore it because of their agenda of power and the ability to convince the media of the Republican blame. I don't understand why Lieberman doesn't use it as a "reason"?
