Thank you for publishing this. We are going to be told it is to late for impeachment.. if we are told anything. And there is a possibility the issue won't even be acknowledged. (Yes, but that isn't important sort of thing.) Every single borrower that has any potential for government insurance/bailout, should be run through the E-verify program. Is it to late for an impeachment?

Senator McCain saw this coming three years ago and tried to take action so let's cut the spin and get to the facts. Harry Reid tried to set McCain up. It was so obvious. He stated that unless Senator McCain voted yes on the plan, the Democrats would not support it. McCain called his bluff by coming back to review in depth the "welfare" plan the Democrats and Barney Frank were trying to force down everyone's throat. The majority of Americans were upset with this and Reid wanted to have Senator McCains yes vote to cover the Dem's asses. You may also want to ask Senator Dodd (chairman of the banking commitee) what the hell he has been doing the past two years. I suggest you also research Senator McCains 2005 Senate Bill #190 calling for immediate action on the pending Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac crisis. Three Democrats, Dodd, Clinton and Obama himself led the charge to kill it. They subsequently became the three largest recipients of political cotributions from Fannie and Freddie. These are the facts and can be easily substantiated but dont look in the MSM for them.

Very informative video explains it all: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5tZc8oH--o It would seem that Congress (democrats) persuaded (forced) Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and the banks to offer extremely high risk Ninja type loans (No Income, no Job, no Assets), "100 percent financing . . . no credit scores . . . undocumented income . . . even if you don’t report it on your tax returns" scams that were doomed for certain failure because of pressure from organizations like ACORN and La Raza. But did you know that Obama was not only ACORN’s attorney but, actually trained the group in "community activism!"

Wow! While the rest of the country is trying to figure out some sort of meaningful solution to a problem we all have created (although w/ more emphasis of blame on Wall Street); Michelle Malkin has found the exact problem, and it is illegal immigrants. Way to go Michelle, your investigative reporting proves nothing once again. BTW: 58 home loans defaulting with a total value of 6.2 million dollars is a drop in the bucket compared to the 5 trillion dollars in bad loans the whole market is holding. This problem was created by Americans like you and me Michelle, not the "scum from the south".

FACT: Less than 1, out of 4, were estimated to have been apprehended. Mind boggling, isn't it. and then there are the non-immigrants (illegals) who have overstayed their visas, and remain in our United States (source: Pew Hispanic Center) According to the U.S. Immigration Service six million illegals in this country are visa overstays. That is, they got a visa legally in their home country, they came here to visit and then they never left.

The fact that even one illegal immigrant received a loan, when in truth thousands of illegals received loans, is reason enough for Americans to be upset. Illegals have absolutely no right to be in our United States, costing Americans jobs, and costing American taxpayers billions of dollars, each year, let alone receiving loans. The invasion by illegals has done irreparable harm to our country
