The United States could lead as much by example as by prescription: to cite a few areas, making it possible for most Americans to be healthy without spending so much on medicine and medical intervention; cities where one can walk the streets without fear and cities which are not separated quite so glaringly into rich and poor sections; honest money (dishonest or fraudulent accounting almost seem to have taken over). It should be added, however, that many people from all parts of the world still seek to start life again in America.
