So, the causes of death in for the USA as a whole (CDC data, 2005, listed below), rural ones included, do not have HIV/AIDS in the top 10...why is that? Is it because no one in these other areas has sexual relationships? I'm pretty sure they do...why is HIV/AIDS one of the top 10 killers of TEENS in the DC area? The writer didn't say...it's not in the rest of the USA as a whole...why is that? I bet plenty of teens in the rest of the nation, as a whole, are having sexual relationships, whether anyone thinks they are, or should be, or not...so, once again, why is HIV/AIDS so prevalent a killer in the DC area, but not in the USA as a whole? In fact, for the USA as a whole, I found that HIV/AIDS isn't even a top 10 killer until you get to the 25 to 34 and 35 to 44 age groups and tapers off among older Americans...I'm feeling a political agenda here, and I'm guessing it's not truly to help just DC area TEENS...follow the money!
