TWT FIVE BEST SEMINOLES PLAYERS OF BOWDEN ERA

1. Charlie Ward — He led Florida State to its first national championship and is the only Heisman Trophy winner to go on to play in the NBA.

2. Chris Weinke — The QB went 32-3 with the Seminoles, won Bowden’s second national title and captured the Heisman.

3. Peter Warrick — He finished with 32 touchdown catches, the most in Florida State history.

4. Deion Sanders — The two-time consensus All-American started becoming “Prime Time” while playing under Bowden.
