THE BEST OF THE WEEKEND IN SPORTS

No. 10 North Carolina vs. No. 2 Texas

The Tar Heels are the defending champs, but the Longhorns may be the best team in the land.

No. 15 Gonzaga vs. No. 7 Duke

The Bulldogs have a new crop of athletes but are looking as competitive as ever with four players averaging double figures in scoring. The Blue Devils are getting great production out of senior guard Jon Scheyer (18.0 points, 5.7 assists).

Cowboys at Saints

Already 13-0, New Orleans has to feel good about finishing the season against a reeling Dallas team, a terrible Tampa Bay squad and mediocre Carolina.

TWT FIVE POSSIBLE NEW JOBS FOR VINNY CERRATO

1. Jason Campbell’s bodyguard - Protecting the Redskins quarterback clearly has been one of Cerrato’s top priorities.

2. Actor - The lack of an Academy Award nomination for his role in 1994’s “Kindergarten Ninja” is one of the biggest snubs in Oscar history.

3. Analyst on CBS- Put him alongside Charley Casserly. It would be a great fit, especially if the network also brought in Marty Schottenheimer.

4. Host on satellite radio - If Jim Bowden can get a show, so can he.

5. Sports writer - Great job security, tremendous pay and universal respect are only some of the benefits Cerrato would receive by choosing this career path.

HE SAID WHAT?

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with some great coaches, such as Joe Gibbs, Greg Blache and Sherman Lewis…”

- Vinny Cerrato, who did not mention Jim Zorn
