How did you get started in real estate? I purchased an apartment building as an investment to build equity and mitigate my taxes from my lucrative full-time employment as an aerospace engineer. The process was exciting, and I decided to pursue real estate as a career. After completing my master’s degree, I joined Coldwell Banker to focus primarily on commercial sales and leasing. My focus has now evolved into a combination of residential and commercial expertise to serve clients in the full spectrum of real estate as part of their overall financial portfolio. I see myself as a real estate consultant.
How long have you been with the current company? I have been with Coldwell Banker for almost 20 years.
