These African Presidents should start by practising what they preach. From the words of his own political ally: "he talks like a democrat, but acts like a dictator". If Obama's election is any lesson to Africa's leaders, it should be more openness, greater community interest driven policies, rather that the current "cleptocracies" of Africa. You know who is no exception.
