There are no civilians in Gaza. As long as the Palestinian population supports Hamas and allows themselves to be used as human shields, they are enemy combatants and should be treated as such. The Palestinians have the will but not the means to exterminate the Israelis. The Israelis have the means, but not the will to exterminate the Palestinians. This conflict will never end as long as both sides exist. Israel had better find the will before the Palestinians find the means.
