In the movie Sleeper Woody Allen was frozen for 200 years. He said" I haven't seen my psyciatrist in over 200 years, he was a strict Fruedian, if I had made every session I might be almost cured by now". This is an inexact science, this study is just a guess by folks who stand to make a lot of money as a group by having taxpayers pay for therapy.
Mental illness: everybody has it and nobody gets over it.
Let's add mental health care costs to the government tab. That should be really helpful to the deficit.
This is a terrible anti-psychology argument. Do you really think that all people with mental illness run around shrieking? I have had severe depression for 7 or more years and have never once misbehaved in a class, that's not how depression manifests itself. Do you not believe in headaches because you don't see them happening?

Identifying those who are TRULY "sick in the head" is what is important. Which students are TRULY sick out of the 46%?
