Putin is Czar in all but name, the communist revolution simply put a different group of autocrats in charge of the nation. Having been a noble Czar Putin now wants to be a royal. Given the current world economic situtation it won't surprise me if he formally declares himself Czar.
The country whose president has broken the law on numerous occasion and where Guantanamo and Aby Grayb are but two examples of blatant disregard of human rights has no moral right to judge others.
chitchat: A country does not judge anyone. People judge others. Go flagellate yourself somewhere else.

This is not a new concept. Reminds me of "hate speech" laws. Or organizations or defense leagues that exist solely to prevent any discourse that is negative to their cause. Also, it is the essence of Political Correctness and the labeling of opposing discourse as some kind of phobia or "ist".
