dittoman

It took one month for them to get serious. Of course, during that time the Dems got their Senator. The state dems aren't stupid!

The message is loud and clear. It is a serious matter. Public office holders have to be accountable. What a scam.

HOLY COW!!! As Harry Carey would say, the RATS finally got some gonads?? Yeah dittoman, it took a mo. I'm surprised it even made it in the lamestream press cause he's a Rat. Rest assured, had Nobama not been Pres Elect, it never would have been brought up by the press, he'd still be in there. Illinois. Place drips with Democrat corruption.

The real Question is will the Illinois Senate convict him or does he have enough on them to be impeached but not convicted ala Bill Clinton. Even so this will not change the corruption of Illinois/Chicago politics just as Richardson's problems won't change the corruption of New Mexico. It'll just make them all hide it a little better.

No choice for the democrats on this one. In the time frame from Dec 9 to the present they were simply dotting i's and crossing t's. Already a big embarrassment for their party, they want to make sure when they move, its clean. Blago is a Saddam Hussein style leader that will need to be lead out in handcuffs though, unless he can strike a deal to avoid prosecution. www.raisingtherepublic.wordpress.com

just the beginning of the Illinois political cesspool rising to the top only to be weeded out. Good riddance, it is disturbing that this man ever made it into office...who could vote for such a clown?

jroberts, "who could vote for such a clown?" Answer: Democrats/sheeple ************************************** You mean in contrast to the monkey that republican's (aka: "the people that got us into this mess") put in office for the last 8 years...no offense!

ya know JR, the economy wasn't doin too bad til the Rats took control of Congress. When the Fannie and Freddie thing started going sour in 06, who everybody in their brother except you it seems, knows was the fault of the likes of Maxine Waters, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Jamie Gorelick, Franklin Raines and his sidekick Johnson that started this downhill snowball of the economy. Rats ALL!!! And your Messiah's answer is tax increases to the people with the jobs and the wealth?? You sir, are very mistaken if you think Nobama will be here 4 yrs from now.

By: Sofiana Rated 5/5 And: "who could endorse such a clown?" Answer: president-elect Obama *************************************** this reminds me of a famous quote during one of the worst disasters in the history of the United States...ok, let me see if I can get this right: "heck of a job brownie"

okie

And, back in Washington DC, What ever happened to the release of information about Rep: Rangel and what was promised by Speaker of House?

At least the Illinois State Supreme Court got it right on Senator Burrus on the Constitional issure. (But that takes no brains either for anyone who actually reads the Consitution.) I would not count on those bozos in the Ill. legislature to do anything right.
