The U.N. will never be taken seriously until it can provide consequences for it's resolutions. It has nothing to do with it's expansion.
Israel must have a barrier to Hamas importing more weapons. Egypt is that barrier and should be the focus of UN and US pressure to step up to the responsibility. Egypt is the dey to Israel withdrawing and the loss of civilian life. Israel must stay the course against the weak willie foreign powers that are no subject to Hamas treachery.
