Forrest

She also has more experience and a proven track record on environmental issues. I would expect her to sit on any global committee - that's how you influence opinions and policy. This is a bogus issue !

Excellent journalism by the Washington Times. This was revelatory, but not surprising since the Democrat Party has slid considerably to the left from the days of JFK. In fact, it is to the left of George McGovern. Disconcerting, but hardly surprising that top members of the Obama Administration have such sympathies and associations. No doubt this is just a passing view of the tip of the iceberg.

This is the fat slob Al Gore's pay to play for Barry. I'm sure all the Obama Drones were well aware that they were electing socialists to be named by Al Gore. Actually she's closer to a communist if she believes the economy must shrink to spread the wealth. Maybe she can double as Commerce Secretary since his last one is going to jail. YES WE CAN!

That puts her to the right of Obama, an ultra liberal socialist. They all believe in the global warming hoax. We're doomed.

As EPA Administrator, Browner had the curious habit of refusing to drink tap water, and requiring that EPA staff clean hotel bathrooms for her.

Duh!!! How do you think they are going to fund the transition to global socialist governance? “For the first time, humanity is instituting a genuine instrument of global governance.... " – Jacques Chirac, The Hague, November 20th, 2000. The economic crisis gave them control of the economy, they only need to change the political model and fund it. When we create state of fear environments like Y2K and Global Warming and then revise history and imprint it into generations with movies like JFK, Reagan and W, and an Inconvenient Truth, it's only a matter of turning loose the swarm.

Woah, what a peach...looks like the only human warming she's getting is from the tailpipe of my car...BTW, what are her scientific academic credentials ??

"socialist group's Commission for a Sustainable World Society, which calls for "global governance" and says rich countries must shrink their economies to address climate change." Well, now we know why western economies are in free fall. Obama and company are weaving their economic magic to deal Climate Change a fatal blow. "Pay a tax, change the weather." Welcome to "1984". We've arrived.

More experience in Socialsim I grant you that. Her tenure at EPA was highlighted by unprecedented attacks on the free market economics of the U.S. Industrial system outside the "law". She made regulations and imposed them beyond the scope of her authority. She put thousands of people out of work.

Socialism has been the norm in Europe for decades, where the people have things like health care, education, and a life free from worry about things like having a roof over your head and where your next meal will come from. Meanwhile the loony right-wingers (who were soundly defeated in the last election) are pretending that social democracy is some kind of paean to Stalinism. The criminals and thugs who brought you Enron, the collapse of our economy, and the rush to privatize everything are trying one last time to terrify people by raising the specter of the Cold War. Sorry chumps - after the last 8 years of petty, mean, and financially ruinous policies, it will be a long time before Americans are fooled by your bankrupt philosophy.

"one of 14 leaders of a socialist group's Commission for a Sustainable World Society, which calls for "global governance" Obama chooses a reigning member of an ecofacist group and doesnt care! NWO people-comes in the guise of hopenchange.

Thank you for helping to highlight some of the socialist leaning appointments being made by Obama.

So Browner's been associated with the Socialist International? And who are they? You say: "Socialist International, an umbrella group for many of the world's social democratic political parties such as Britain's Labor Party, says it supports socialism and is harshly critical of U.S. policies." OK, so we're supposed to be fearful of the Labor Party, which currently runs the UK? Gosh, that's dangerous: Isn't the UK really really close to Russia? Danger! Danger!

Stupid Americans who voted Obama will feel the transition into socialism even more when they get their wishes of universal health care, euro-styled education, socialistic government and global climate utopia granted. When your pay check is robbed to the tune of 65 - 80% to pay for your wishes and you can no longer afford to buy the Wii video game or pay for a latte at coffee-is-Us. So be happy social liberals you asked for this and now you're gonna get it!! I think I'll move to Russia where at least they now understand what capitalism can do!!

crowman, she's a lawyer/administrator. She has no scientific credentials. Browner received her undergraduate degree in English and her law degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Her sister, Michelle, is a biochemist at the University of California at San Francisco.
