Does discrimination include class warfare?
Obama has dishonored many pledges throughout his career, and quickly distanced himself from friends and allies who become potential liabilities. I can only conclude he has no honor.
As for the cases before the Court. Harlan was right. The law must be colorblind. How is it just to discriminate based on color to supposedly correct injustices that once occured when discrimination based on color was normal? Likewise, the 10th Amendment forbids this micromanagement of State responsibilities.
I am shocked! I totally agree with you, Mr. Fein. Which one of us is wrong?
