Winchester Homes Inc. is building 69 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Braddock Corner in Aldie, a community with 17 acres of open spaces, walking trails, tot lots, a picnic area and mountain views. The development also includes 100 garage town homes.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick or stone front with a brick stoop and a two-car garage. Side-entry garages are available on some sites.

Inside, all three models feature four bedrooms and 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and Solaris solid surface countertops in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; a gas water heater; a programmable thermostat; ceiling fan prewiring; and dual-zone gas heat.

The homes have about 2,833 to 3,629 finished square feet, with base prices from $434,900 to $502,900. Homeowner association fees are $59 per month.

The Sinclair model, with 2,833 square feet, is priced from $434,900. This home features a two-story foyer with French doors opening into the study.

The main level has a formal living room that opens into a formal dining room. Across the back of the home are an open center-island kitchen, a breakfast area and a family room. This level also has a half bath and a laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.
