Charles Black Cos. is building 11 traditional town homes at the Kentlands in Landover, near the planned Woodmore Towne Centre, a mixed-use development with retail, residential, hotel and office components.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, siding, bay windows, professional landscaping and a one-car garage.

Inside, each home has three finished levels with three bedrooms; two full baths and two half baths; hardwood floors in the living and dining room; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; a gas fireplace on the lower level; 42-inch cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen; a luxury master bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower; vaulted ceilings in the master suite and a finished lower-level recreation room.

The homes have about 2,700 finished square feet, with base prices from $289,900 to $309,900. Homeowner association fees are $41 per month.

Each home features a lower-level entrance into a foyer with a closet and a door to the garage. This level also has a recreation room or family room with a fireplace, a half bath and a laundry room.

The main level has an open living and dining room at the front of the home, a half bath and an open kitchen and breakfast area at the back of the home.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet, a double window and a luxury bath with a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a linen closet complete this level.
