Ryan Homes is building 92 single-family homes on one-fifth-acre homesites at the Village of Idlewild in Fredericksburg, a planned community that features a town square with fountains and shops, a club with a fitness center and pool, tot lots, walking trails, tennis courts and shuttle service to a Virginia Railway Express station.
