Lennar Corp. is building 120 town-home-style condominiums at Chatsworth Village in Manassas, near Interstate 66, a Virginia Railway Express Station, and new shopping and dining options in the Sudley Road area.

The builder is offering $7,000 toward closing costs with the use of the preferred lender and title company.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, a sodded lawn and a one-car garage.

Both models feature two or three bedrooms and two 2 1/2 baths; hardwood floors; brushed nickel light fixtures; prewiring for ceiling fans; a gas fireplace; oak cabinets, black appliances and Corian counters in the kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a luxury master bath; a pedestal sink in the powder room and low-E single-hung windows.

The homes have 1,473 to 1,808 finished square feet, with base prices from $220,990 to $230,990. Homeowner association fees are $207 per month.

The Caldwell model, with 1,808 square feet, is priced from $244,900. This home has a lower-level entrance with a foyer, a coat closet and a door to the garage.

The main level has an open floor plan with a living and dining room at the front. At the back of this level are the kitchen, a powder room and a closet.

The master suite has a tray ceiling in the bedroom, a walk-in closet and a luxury bath with a double-sink vanity, a linen closet, a soaking tub and a separate shower. Two more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.
