Year started: 2002

How did you get started in real estate? I grew up in the business. My father was a real estate investor and purchased foreclosure properties, fixed them up and flipped them. Instead of getting a baby sitter take me along with him. After I graduated from college, I started to work for a mortgage company to learn that side of the business. I saved up enough money to buy my first investment property and flipped it for a profit. Eventually, I branched into residential sales.

How long with the current company? Since 2004

Licenses and designations: Licensed in Maryland and Virginia

Associations: Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors

Awards: Top Producer, Million Dollar Club, Executive Club

Greatest accomplishment in the past 12 months: Despite the market, last year was one of my busiest years ever due to my specialty and referrals. I’m lucky to have my business grow to the point where I have a team who backs me up, which is a great asset to my clients.

Area of specialty: First-time homebuyers and newlyweds are my specialty. I also know Maryland and Virginia very well, from having lived in both.
