K. Hovnanian Homes is building at least 70 single-family homes on quarter-acre sites at the Ridings at Upper Marlboro in Upper Marlboro, near the Marlboro Country Club, Largo Town Center and the Upper Marlboro Community Center.

The builder is offering $10,000 in cash incentives to buyers if they work with the preferred lender and title company.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a stone front, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths; hardwood floors; 9-foot ceilings; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors; a luxury master bath; and gas heat.

The homes have about 2,148 to 3,465 finished square feet, with base prices from $349,990 to $449,990. Homeowner association fees are $31 per month.

The Colorado model, with 3,433 square feet, is priced from $449,990. This home features a front porch leading into a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and dining room. The main staircase in the foyer is supplemented by a rear staircase near the kitchen.

Across the back of the home are a library, a half bath, a two-story family room and an open breakfast area and center-island kitchen with an adjacent laundry room and pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, three walk-in closets and a luxury bath.

Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, and a second full bath complete this level.
