Ryan Homes is building 265 town homes at Village Towns in Elkridge, off Route 1 near Arundel Mills shopping mall, restaurants and entertainment, along with commuter routes to the District and Baltimore.

Ryan Homes is offering an $8,000 buyer stimulus package and a finished basement for buyers working with the preferred lender and title company.

Each home in this Howard County community will include professional landscaping with a seeded lawn. Models are available with or without a one-car garage.

Inside, each home includes three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Standard features include gas heat, oak cabinets in the kitchen, and chrome kitchen and bath faucets.

The homes have about 1,628 finished square feet, with base prices from the $250,000s. Homeowner association fees are $131 per month.

The Fairfield model with a garage has a lower-level entrance into a foyer with a closet and a storage room. This level has a finished family room with an adjacent laundry room.

The main level has a front living room, a central staircase and a country kitchen at the back of the home with optional windows and an optional center island. The kitchen includes a pantry. A half bath is next to the living room.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private full bath. Buyers can add a sitting area if the main level has been expanded. Two more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.
