On Nov. 3, 1991, it appeared the 8-0 Redskins were seconds from their first loss of the season. But Houston kicker Ian Howfield missed an easy 33-yard field goal wide left with four seconds left. Darrell Green’s diving interception of Warren Moon in overtime set up Washington’s game-winning field goal. The result: a 16-13 Redskins victory.
