Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; 2½ or 3½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, hall, powder room, breakfast room and kitchen; 9-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels; crown and chair-rail molding; recessed lighting; a gas fireplace; 42-inch flat-panel birch cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the full baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a security system; and gas heat.

The homes have 2,155 to 6,988 finished square feet, with base prices from $439,990 to $584,990. Homeowner association fees are $130 per month.

The Amherst model, with 3,111 to 5,368 square feet, is priced from $559,990. This home features a foyer with columns flanking the entrances to the formal dining room and the library, which has a double-door entrance.
