Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded yard and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms, 2½ baths, hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail molding, 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets in the kitchen, ceramic tile tub and shower surrounds in the full baths, a pedestal sink in the powder room, a private master bath, a full unfinished basement with a rough-in for a lower-level bath, a programmable thermostat, low-E windows, central air conditioning and gas heat.

The homes have 2,498 to 3,150 finished square feet, with base prices from $349,990 to $429,990. Homeowner association fees are $60 per month.

The Fairbanks model, with 2,565 square feet, is priced from $399,990. This home features a front porch leading to a two-story foyer with a closet and stairs to the upper level.

The main level has an open living and dining room and a powder room. Across the back of this model are an open family room, breakfast area and kitchen with a pantry and an optional island.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet, a standard closet and a private bath.

Buyers can choose a loft or an additional bedroom adjacent to the second full bath. Two more bedrooms and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, morning rooms, room extensions, bay windows, a luxury master bath and tray ceilings.
