ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Gov. Martin O’Malley’s annual State of the State speech has been postponed.

The speech was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday, the same day as President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address.

The governor’s office says the State of the State has been rescheduled for Feb. 4 at noon.
