Ryan Homes is building 42 town homes at the Villages of Wellington in Manassas, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The community has parks, gazebos and walking trails and is less than a mile from a Virginia Railway Express station.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include low-maintenance beaded vinyl siding, paneled shutters, professional landscaping and a one-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

The homes include three bedrooms and one full bath, with the option of adding another full bath and two half baths. Standard features include an open floor plan with resilient flooring and wall-to-wall carpeting, 9-foot smooth-finish ceilings on all three levels, Colonial-style baseboard molding, six-panel interior doors, stained solid-oak stair railings, satin nickel door hinges and handles, oak cabinets and a storage pantry in the kitchen, a programmable thermostat, and gas heat.

The Providence model has approximately 1,800 finished square feet, with base prices from $259,990. Homeowner association fees are $48 per month.

Each Providence town home features a lower-level entrance into a foyer with a coat closet and an adjacent storage room, plus an entrance into the garage. A laundry room is at the back of this level. The lower level can be expanded with a finished family room and a powder room.

The main level features an open living room at the front of the house with a separate dining room adjacent to the rear kitchen. Buyers can opt for a country kitchen in place of the dining room and can expand the home with a morning room or a sunroom and add a powder room.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms and a full bath complete this level.

Buyers can add cathedral ceilings to all three bedrooms and add a master bath. A luxury bath can be added to homes with a morning room or sunroom addition.
