The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting Sunday night in Northeast, officials said Monday.
The shooting occurred in the 3800 block of Minnesota Avenue Northeast at about 7 p.m, according to police. When officers arrived on the scene, they found Wyatt Earp Robinson, 33, of Northeast, lying on the sidewalk suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
No information about possible suspects was available Monday.
