One of the men, Christopher Emanuel Freeman, 28, of Southeast, died from his injuries at the scene, Metropolitan police said.

A non-fatal shooting was reported late Thursday near the intersection of Bladensburg Road and V Street Northeast, in an industrial strip where several nightclubs are located. Officers were called to the area around 11:45 p.m. and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound but conscious and breathing. Police put out a look out for a man driving a green, four-door Lincoln Town Car.
