The enclave of Potomac Falls in Maryland may be one of the most exclusive communities in the Washington area.

The 261 estates in Potomac Falls, each sited on two or more acres, are bordered by the C&O Canal National Historical Park, which includes the waterfalls on the Potomac River. Residents may love their seclusion, but they also can appreciate the location near shops and restaurants in Potomac Village and within easy reach of downtown Washington.
