Midfielder Josh Gardner signs with Columbus Crew
COLUMBUS, OHIO (AP) - Midfielder Josh Gardner has signed a multiyear contract with Major League Soccer’s Columbus Crew.
The 28-year-old has spent the last four seasons in the United Soccer Leagues with Seattle (2007-08) and Carolina (2009-10). After playing at the University of Cincinnati from 2001-03, he was part of the Los Angeles Galaxy team that won the MLS Cup and U.S. Open Cup in 2005.
