Lennar is building 303 single-family homes at Martin’s Chase in Ashburn, an 850-acre development in Loudoun County surrounded by more than 400 acres of conserved land. Homesites range from 9,000 square feet to one-quarter acre, with conservancy homesites of 12.5 to 104 acres on the outskirts of the development.
Community amenities include walking trails and a community center with a swimming pool, a fitness center and an entertainment area with a kitchen, fireplace, sound system and flat-screen TV.
Each home has brick and stone detailing, low-maintenance vinyl siding, a sodded lawn, an asphalt drive and a two- or three-car garage.
Inside, all five models feature four or five bedrooms; 2½ or 3½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen, powder room and sunroom; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; a fireplace; furniture-grade cabinets in the kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and dual-zone gas heat and electric air conditioning.
The homes have approximately 2,700 to 4,100 finished square feet, with base prices from $489,990 to $627,990. Homeowner association fees are $160 per month.
The Dennison model, with 4,100 square feet, is priced from $627,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by a living room and a dining room with a tray ceiling.
The main level includes a kitchen and breakfast area with a bay window, a family room, and a sunroom or study. This level also has a powder room, a pantry and a door to the three-car garage.
Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room with a two-sided fireplace, a tray ceiling in the bedroom, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. The fourth bedroom has a private full bath, while the second and third bedrooms share a full bath. A laundry room completes this level.
