New in Virginia: Villages at Loudoun Valley

- The Washington Times - Thursday, January 20, 2011

Toll Bros. is building 2,700 single-family homes on 6,900-square-foot sites at the Villages at Loudoun Valley in Ashburn, a planned community with three swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, walking trails, a clubhouse and other recreational facilities. The community is located near Dulles Town Center, Brambleton Town Center, the Loudoun County Transit park-and-ride lot and Leesburg Premium Outlets.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include low-maintenance 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a rear-entry two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms; 2½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast area; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; 42-inch cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen; a breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a full unfinished basement with a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 3,196 to 3,366 finished square feet, with base prices from $509,995 to $527,995. Homeowner association fees are $87 per month.

The Putnam model, with 3,196 square feet, is priced from $509,995. This home features a foyer entrance that leads into the open living room. Adjacent to the foyer is a formal dining room.

A pantry and hall link the dining room with the back of the house, which has an open center-island kitchen, breakfast area and family room with two walls of windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, fireplaces, covered porches and porticos, bay windows, and tray and coffered ceilings.
