PORTLAND, ORE. (AP) - The Portland Timbers’ stadium has been named Jed-Wen Field after an Oregon-based window and door manufacturer.

PGE Park had been the name of the downtown stadium, which is being renovated for the Timbers’ inaugural Major League Soccer season.

The Timbers open the season March 19 at the Colorado Rapids. They host their first game on April 14 against the Chicago Fire.
