Each single-family home in this Loudoun County community will include low-maintenance 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, an asphalt driveway and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

The Davenport model, with 2,968 square feet, is priced from $530,900. This home has a front porch leading into a foyer. The main level has a library, a formal dining room and a great room with a wall of windows. The kitchen has a breakfast area and an adjacent powder room.
Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and bath. The second and third bedrooms share a connecting bath while the fourth bedroom has a private bath. A laundry room and bonus room complete this level.
Options include a finished lower level, a sunroom and tray ceilings.
