Toll Bros. is building 71 town homes in the Tournaments at Dominion Valley Country Club in Haymarket, a golf-course community with an 18-hole golf course. Also featured in the community are a clubhouse with a pro shop; a sports pavilion with swimming pools, tennis courts and fitness classes; shops and restaurants at Market Square; kayaking, canoeing and fishing on Silver Lake; and another planned clubhouse with indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include low-maintenance beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, an asphalt driveway and a one- or two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature three bedrooms; 2½ baths; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; 42-inch cabinets, granite counters and Energy Star-qualified appliances in the kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a programmable thermostat; low-E windows; and two-zone heating and cooling.

The homes have 1,953 to 2,058 finished square feet, with base prices from $299,995 to $325,995. Homeowner association fees are $268 per month, including $59 per month for social membership in the club.

The Lindenhurst model, with 1,953 square feet, is priced from $325,995. This end-unit home features windows on three sides.

The main level has a two-story living room with windows on two sides, a dining room with an optional vaulted ceiling, a family room with a fireplace and a kitchen with a walk-out bay window in the breakfast area.

The main level also has a powder room, a closet and a laundry room with a door to the two-car garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Two more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.

Buyers can expand the master suite with a separate sitting area and add a bedroom in place of the vaulted dining room ceiling.
