FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) - Former professional wrestler Matt Hardy is facing a driving while impaired charge for the second time in less than a month.
The Fayetteville Observer reported Thursday ( http://bit.ly/ouZrlX) that police at Raleigh-Durham International Airport arrested Hardy on Monday. A police report says a driver reported a 2011 red Chevrolet Camaro was swerving across traffic and had nearly hit a couple of different cars three times.
Police say Hardy failed a field sobriety test.
In August, Hardy's car ran off a road and hit a tree in Moore County in the central part of the state. He has a Sept. 28 court appearance in that case.
Hardy and his brother Jeff made up a popular pro wrestling team known as the Hardy Boyz.
A home phone number for Hardy was not listed.
