_ Kellen Moore, Boise State, tossed four TD passes, a pair to Tyler Shoemaker, in less than 2 1/2 quarters to lead the No. 4 Broncos to a 41-21 win over Tulsa in its home opener.

_ Rex Burkhead, Nebraska, rushed for two TDs and a career-high 170 yards to help the No. 9 Cornhuskers beat Wyoming 38-14.

_ Robert Griffin III, Baylor, threw for 338 yards and five TDS, and ran for another score to lead the No. 17 Bears to a 56-31 victory over Rice.

_ Jeff Demps, Florida, ran 10 times for 157 yards and two TDs as the No. 15 Gators routed Kentucky 48-10 for their 25th straight win in the series.

_ B.J. Daniels, South Florida, accounted for 332 yards and three TDs in a 52-24 victory over UTEP.

_ Derek Carr, Fresno State, threw for 371 yards and five TDs to lead the Bulldogs over Idaho 48-24.

_ Marcus Lattimore, South Carolina, scored two TDs and had 150 total yards from scrimmage to lead the No. 12 Gamecocks to a 21-3 win over Vanderbilt.

_ Landry Jones, Oklahoma, threw for 448 yards and three TDs to Ryan Broyles, leading the top-ranked Sooners back from a rare home deficit to beat Missouri 38-28.



Oklahoma State didn’t panic when it was down by 17 points to eighth-ranked Texas A&M at halftime.

It was, after all, nothing new to the seventh-ranked Cowboys, who rallied from a big first-half deficit last year to beat the Aggies.
