Behind Brandon Weeden’s school-record 438 yards and two scores, along with 244 combined yards by Justin Blackmon and Josh Cooper, Oklahoma State rallied for a 30-29 win over Texas A&M.

The Aggies built a 20-3 halftime lead before the Cowboys took advantage of three Texas A&M turnovers and numerous penalties to reel off 27 straight points to take a 30-20 lead.

Texas A&M pulled within 30-27 on Jeff Fuller’s 4-yard touchdown reception, but the Cowboys sealed it with their third interception of Ryan Tannehill with under 2 minutes left.

PENN STATE’S INJURIES

Penn State cornerback D’Anton Lynn went to the hospital to have his neck and spinal column examined and starting linebacker Michael Mauti is out for the season after tearing the ACL in his left knee in the Nittany Lions’ 34-6 win over Eastern Michigan.

Lynn lay motionless face down on the field for several minutes as trainers attended to the senior, and the announced crowd of around 95,000 fans at Beaver Stadium fell silent. He was strapped to a backboard and carted off the field, but was later released from the hospital.

Coach Joe Paterno says Mauti, Penn State’s leading tackler, is likely done for the year.
