The deaths of two men whose bodies were found in an Arlington apartment have been ruled a double homicide, police confirmed Wednesday.
The bodies of 59-year-old Keefe Spriggs, the apartment resident, and a friend, 31-year-old Carl Moten, were found Tuesday morning.
A maintenance worker discovered the bodies inside an apartment in the 1900 block of N. Culpeper Street just after 10 a.m. He went into the apartment to check on the welfare of the occupant at the request of a woman who said she had been unable to reach anyone there, Arlington County police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck said.
Police have not yet said how the men died.
