LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Liberal times

In the 2012 presidential election, more than 90 percent of voters who identified themselves as African-American voted for President Obama.

What would the media be saying today if 90 percent of voters who identified themselves as Caucasian had voted for Mitt Romney?

In San Francisco, the board of supervisors recently passed an initiative that gives free transgender surgery to anyone who has a “medical need” for it. Not a single protest has been lodged about this, even though there are needy people in virtually every city around the globe.
