Blankley memorial service

A memorial service to honor former Washington Times Editorial Page Editor Tony Blankley will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 1.

The memorial will be held at the National Cathedral, 3101 Wisconsin Ave., N.W., beginning at 10 a.m.

Mr. Blankley worked for President Reagan’s administration, Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, served as a vice president of Edelman Public Relations, was a regular on “The McLaughlin Group” and also authored two books.

He is survived by his wife, Dr. Lynda Davis, and three children, Spencer, Trevor and Ana.
