A 35-year-old male was stabbed to death in Silver Spring on Tuesday.
The incident occurred in the 8000 block of 13th Street in Silver Spring at 2:29 p.m. The victim was confirmed dead and it is being investigated as a homicide.
Public information officer Capt. Paul Starks said the suspect, a 38-year-old male, is in custody and the weapon was recovered by the police.
Police are still investigating.
