Political strategist Rove to attend GOP dinner

    LINTHICUM, Md. — Republican political strategist Karl Rove is scheduled to speak at the Maryland Republican Party’s annual Red, White and Blue Dinner

    Mr. Rove, the former deputy chief of staff and senior adviser to President George W. Bush, is scheduled to speak Saturday evening.

    It’s the 22nd annual Red, White and Blue Dinner.
